Debra Brennan Tagg specializes in developing innovative and creative solutions to help meet her clients' retirement planning and estate planning objectives, while educating investors about effective ways to achieve their personal financial goals. She believes in a comprehensive approach, which includes recommending strategies tailored to each individual client to help reduce risk and taxes, while focusing on long-term performance, sustainable retirement income and effective estate protection.

Comprehensive Approach to Money

With an understanding that money is a very personal topic, Debra provides practical guidance while considering the effects of personal issues such as family dynamics, medical conditions, and long-term life goals. Debra believes that ongoing communication with her clients is the cornerstone of an effective financial strategy. Due to her holistic approach to retirement planning and finances in general, she works with many families on a multi-generational level.

Debra co-hosted the firm’s radio program, Dollars and Sense, on WBAP-AM with her dad through 2007. She produced and co-anchored the weekly television program, Smart Money Live with the Brennans, on WFAA-TV.

Corporate and Community

Debra also designs and implements retirement plans for corporations and small business owners. She has expertise in talking to groups of employees and individuals about steps they should incorporate today to help improve their financial condition.

Personal

After earning her B.S. in Marketing from Villanova University, Debra spent four years in marketing before joining Brennan Financial Services full time in 1998.

As a member of the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center Board of Trustees, Debra has served as Development Chair and Marketing Chair, and is slated to serve as Chairman of the Board in 2010. She is also a Founding Member of the United Way’s Women of Tocqueville and has participated in the group’s initiatives including serving as a career mentor for young women at Girls Inc.

Debra lives in Dallas with her husband and two children.
